Points system
Points will be added to your account once the order is marked as completed, not when you place the order.
You can redeem GG points on orders with carts over €23. You can redeem them both on the cart page and at checkout.
Product
All our flowers come from indoor grows in Switzerland, aiming for the most intense aromas. We currently also have greenhouse and outdoor flowers.
All Gorilla Grillz CBD is lab-certified. You can view all the analyses here.
Compliant with the THC limit <0.2%.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping is free for orders over €50. Shipping for orders under €50 costs €5.00.
Saturday deliveries: this is a free shipping method for orders over €75. For orders under €75, it costs €10.
Once you place your order successfully, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When the warehouse creates the label, you’ll receive another email with the tracking code, and you’ll receive a further email when the carrier collects the order from our facilities.
You can track your order status at any time. Contact us if you haven’t received the tracking code.
Saturday delivery shipping will be available from Thursday at 5:00 PM to Friday at 5:00 PM, when you can choose to receive your order on Saturday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
It’s free for orders over €75 and costs €10 for shopping carts under €75.

If it’s more convenient for you due to your schedule or where you live, you can choose delivery to a pickup point. You can choose pickup points from NACEX or MRW. With Correos Express, this is only possible for orders paid by card or bank transfer.
Please write it in the order notes, indicating the pickup point and the shipping carrier.
We currently ship to Spain, including the mainland and the Balearic Islands, and to Portugal.
When you receive your order, contact us within 24 hours if there’s any issue with the product.

You can currently place your order and pay by debit/credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. No additional fees.
